I have been using CMME mortgage services since 2015, approx., 10 years now. Paul Williams is always my go to person. Paul is simply excellent in what he does, he listens to the client needs when putting together the best mortgage offer. He never disappoints and if there are any issues or delays we have the amazing Helena Grundy "the property moving assistant" that is proactive and prompt in helping push things along. Whilst my husband and I had recent setbacks in our property chain journey due to it collapsing, Paul's team was truly empathetic and worked hard in the background to assist and getting us the best offer for our new purchase. What I like about CMME is that when someone is off they have this great system where others are monitoring emails, assisting, replying same day and ensuring continuity of business. Also I highly recommend using CMME in getting the best Life insurance policy on your mortgage journey "as this gives peace of mind" and the best person I could ever recommend apart from the above is also Bradley George, such another amazing member of the team, patient, knowledgeable and honest. I will continue to always recommend CMME as I want the best for all as the team works hard from getting the best mortgage off, to keeping you safe in terms of insurance, to working with solicitors until the completion date of your sale. Crossing fingers everything finalises in good time .

Great customer service and have been for a number of years for us. We've always used CMME for remortgaging and they haven't let us down. I've even checked rates with other competitors and found CMME have been on top so I know we're in safe hands.

Stacey and her team have been extremely helpful and responsive during this process. Kirsty and the team at CMME were incredibly helpful from the initial consultation about the feasibility through to the final arrangement of the mortgage. The online platform uploading for uploading supporting documents is very easy to use and makes the process very efficient. I could not recommend Kirst and CMME highly enough.

Always very fast communication, as my situation has changed many times since first dealing with CMME back in 2022 they have always been available and quick to update and provide me with the available mortgages. Kevin has always been quick to provide the necessary documents for me to be able to assist in securing my reservation. Also when I was contracting CMME was able to find me a mortgage where every other major lenders would refuse. Thoroughly recommend especially if you're circumstances change and need the flexibility of being able to secure a mortgage based on previous contracts.
