Ive used CMME twice now once for getting my mortgage and once for getting a new mortgage deal at the end of my contract I would definitely recommend using CMME if you want to get a mortgage. Before I found CMME I went to a local mortgage advisor and was told I had more chance platting fog than getting a mortgage. I found CMME through Google give them a call and spoke to an advisor called Paige Pink who was absolutely brilliant and very positive I explained to Paige I’m self employed working through an agency as limited company working abroad and that I had a few late payments. She just said no problem leeve it with me. Once she had all the requested documents from me I had a mortgage offer the same week 🤙 5 years on she called me up to see if I would like to remortgage for a better deal I told her I’ve changed the way I’m paid and took a pay cut and she got me a new good deal and I didn’t have to pay anything happy days Thank you Paige you’ve been absolutely Spot on
