Communication with Stacey is excellent. She communicated every step of the way with me. Not just by sending emails but calling me also to check I understood everything and checking if I have any questions which was quite reassuring.

Stacey at CMME is someone whose ability to do her job I can put absolute faith in. I think this is the 4th mortgage she has helped us with and it is probably a little sad that I actually look forward to remortgage time because I know what a fantastic job she'll do for us! This time she is helping us knock years off our mortgage whilst also recognising that we are in the middle of renovations and has found the ideal product to suit. Nothing is too much trouble (or question too stupid!); for example she seems to have a useful contact everywhere and was able to find out about the online facilities that come with our product despite it being a busy period just before the Christmas holidays. I've left a glowing review for CMME and Stacey previously (on the last mortgage) and nothing has changed, I'm impressed the service and dedication level is still so high. It's always a genuine pleasure to speak to her (about mortgages or the best holiday food at M&S!) and you'll never feel rushed, pressured, or uninformed. Don't hesitate to use CMME to broker your mortgage and make sure you ask for Stacey, just leave some time in her calendar for my next remortgage in a few years time!

Excellent and Stacey was brilliant at going through the remortgage process, documentation and was happy to answer all our questions. I think this is the third time we’ve used Stacey and have been impressed with the service every time.

I have used CMME several times now. All service has been great, hence we return, and will again. This process was a tad prolonged due to the new bank (TSB) wanting lots of additional info. With hindsight, if we had all known what would be involved we should have stayed with the current provider, who already knew us. Sometimes saving a small amount of money doesn't outweigh the hassle and potential to miss the deadline and fall onto the current providers variable rate. Thanks to Stacey and her team for their support throughout.

With a complicated Tax/Self employed/ Limited company director set up Kirsty was fantastic at overcoming many difficulties to provide the product required. We had been rejected by numerous other advisers who could not achieve the borrowing rates we desired, but this seemed not issue for Kirsty.

Efficient and helpful service

We received an excellent service from the CMME team led by Stacey De'Athe. From the start, all the stages - including what we had to do/provide were clearly communicated and Stacey followed up with regular updates until close. This is our second time using CMME and have referred CMME to friends and colleagues.
