2 – Put in their contact details in the form opposite – We’ll need their Name, Email, and Telephone number to get started

Refer a Friend

Please find below Terms and Conditions* which apply to our Refer a Friend Scheme. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• The offer is open to CMME clients referring a friend, acquaintance, or colleague to CMME. Please note, you cannot refer yourself.

• You must have consent from the person you are referring to us to pass on their details

• You and the referred will receive a £100 Amazon gift voucher when the new client(s) complete on their mortgage

• Only one voucher per transaction for each new client(s) introduced

• There is no limit to the number of unique referrals you can make

• Rewards are only valid if your referral is a new client to CMME – i.e. someone we’ve had no previous dealings with

• In the event of a referral being received from different sources for the same mortgage application, the reward will go to the referral that was recorded on our system in the first instance

• It is the responsibility of the referrer or person who’s been referred to clearly inform us of the referrer’s name, telephone number, and email address, so the reward can be made

• The referral scheme is not open to employees of CMME or any person associated to the Group

• The referral scheme is only open to individuals and not a Group or Company

• In the event of any disputes regarding the referral scheme, the decision of CMME is final

• The reward is a £100 Amazon voucher for both parties that will be posted to the referrer and the referred after we have confirmed the address of both parties (note, vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash)

• The referral scheme is effective from the 4th July 2023 and CMME reserve the right to withdraw it, without notice, at any time
