Kirsty and the team at CMME were incredibly helpful from the initial consultation about the feasibility through to the final arrangement of the mortgage. The online platform uploading for uploading supporting documents is very easy to use and makes the process very efficient. I could not recommend Kirst and CMME highly enough.

Always very fast communication, as my situation has changed many times since first dealing with CMME back in 2022 they have always been available and quick to update and provide me with the available mortgages. Kevin has always been quick to provide the necessary documents for me to be able to assist in securing my reservation. Also when I was contracting CMME was able to find me a mortgage where every other major lenders would refuse. Thoroughly recommend especially if you're circumstances change and need the flexibility of being able to secure a mortgage based on previous contracts.

With everything being done online- it was a seamless process uploading docs then regular calls to check at every stage. Stacey made sure I was well informed throughout the who process, while being available to answer any queries I had. If you own your own private limited company then I would consideration having a conversation with these brokers to see how they may be able to help you and equally important for them to explain the likely fees/cost for you to compare. On top of that, I always get a great follow up service, lots of patient answers to my many questions, and an explanation of the pros and cons of the recommended product and why it is the best option for my needs.
